FieldRoast Vegan Italian Sausage 368g
Roast sausages are made using traditional, old-country, sausage making practices. We begin with a grind made from our own grain meat. We use fresh vegetables; eggplant, onions and garlic. Add some liquids; zesty lemon juice, rich red wine, organic apple cider vinegar and finally mix in the seasonings; fennel seed, sweet red pepper, fresh garlic and voila!; an artisan vegan sausage with sizzle, texture and personality!
Ingredients: Vital wheat gluten, filtered water, expeller pressed safflower oil, red wine, eggplant, onions, naturally flavored yeast extract, garlic, barley malt, dried red bell pepper, fennel seed, granulated garlic, spices and sea salt.
