Beluga lentils are easily seasoned with various spices for a tasty dish on their own and can be used in various salad and other recipes after cooked or sprouted. Lentils can also be added raw into various soup and stew recipes adding their own special unique taste to any recipe. They are an excellent source of protein and are filled with fiber. Cook 1 cup lentils with 3 cups water for approx. 20 to 30 minutes.
