The plant fibres used to make this paper, sugar-cane and bamboo, produce an equally absorbent product as recycled paper--and it's strong, too! As an added environmental bonus the sugarcane we use is a bi-product of the sugar manufacturing industry. We are effectively repurposing what would otherwise be considered waste--talk about renewable! Caboo is also 100% biodegradable; its fibre as quickly dissolve back into the earth, so it's safe for all disposable systems.
