We are a Sicilian husband and Czech wife foodie team with a long history of creating healthy / healing foods.
For the past several years of our life in Saskatchewan, after moving here from Toronto, we have fallen in love with fermenting all the abundant local produce from local clean growers that we have teamed up with.
All these krauts are fermented slowly for minimum of 3 weeks to ensure maximum beneficial bacteria and a great taste!
Ingredients: Cabbage, Cucumbers, Dill, Garlic, Himalayan Salt
